Our sprinkler system has been repaired (with a few minor hitches…nothing major, just learning how to use it!) and so this area is starting to fill in:

It has been stinking hot here this past week, but this weekend we ended up with wonderful weather for the Highland Street fair (just down the street from our house). It was a lot of fun…kind of neighborhood, but they brought in some national acts, etc. Anyway, busy weekend with NO home improvment!
