Sadly, the Coney Island has gone out of business in Bailey, but the dog is for sale for $500,000 – it can be moved! So, readers out there, who’s looking for an income – wouldn’t this be cool?

The national Trust for Historic Preservation has posted Resources for Repair of Post-war housing. The list seems fairly complete to me…can you all think of others? Would it be helpful to start our own here (for myself, I still think it would be neat to have interior and decorating resources as well. )
